Courthouse Security

Courthouse security shall be conducted jointly by designated Bailiffs from the Blaine County Sheriff's Office and the security team of the Los Santos Police Department. These agencies shall maintain order, provide protection to all individuals within the courthouse, and ensure the integrity and safety of judicial proceedings.

Only law enforcement officers who are on active duty status are authorized to carry weapons within the premises. This exception also extends to Judges, who may carry weapons as deemed necessary for their personal safety. All other personnel, including off-duty officers, attorneys, court staff, and members of the public, are strictly prohibited from possessing or bringing weapons of any kind into the courthouse.

These protocols are enforced to preserve the courthouse as a secure and neutral environment, and any violations of this policy may result in immediate removal from the premises and potential legal action.
