The Justice Department shall be the sole proprietor and administrator of all Arrest and Search Warrants issued in the State of San Andreas. The Department shall accept requests for said Warrants and the Judges of The Department shall have the discretion to approve or deny them. The Judges have extensive knowledge and understanding of the laws of the State of San Andreas and this expertise allows them to make more critical judgements when considering warrant requests.

When a crime is known to have been committed with positive identification of a suspect or suspects, a warrant request may be submitted. The warrant request must include all of the information that is required on the form and shall provide sufficient evidence to furnish probable cause to search, seize, arrest, or detain an individual or their property.

After collecting any and all evidence, LEO shall request a warrant through Google Form. A Judge will review your Warrant Request as soon as possible and post its approval in the “Warrant Approval” channel in the main Discord and file the paperwork through the CAD. Make sure to contact a Judge either via private messages or through the “Warrant Request” Discord channel following the warrant’s execution to advise the situation regarding the warrant.
